All organs are carefully tested note by note. Any repairs necessary are done right here in our 2600' repair center before shipping.

All items undergo the following services as a minimum in our shop before delivery.

1. Complete disassembly, high pressure interior blow out and thorough cleaning.
2. All tubes are replaced with new ones (old ones are tested and included if you wish).
3. Tube pins and sockets are straightened, tightened and cleaned.
4. Bussbars are removed cleaned, polished and re-inserted.
5. All switches are cleaned and coated with a contact anti-oxide preservative.
6. Scanner drives are tested and rebuilt if necessary.
7. Generators are washed out and re-lubricated.
8. Start and run motors are tested cleaned and re-lubricated.
9. Key guides are replaced if worn.
10. Many other tests are performed on the organ before delivery
